About

Public swimming area, plus playgrounds and a splash pad.

The pool at Whispering Pines Pool is typically heated during the cooler months of the year, usually maintaining a comfortable temperature of approximately 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 degrees Celsius).

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility offers excellent walking trails, dog-friendly amenities with cleanup bags and disposal, and frisbee golf. It is also highly praised as one of Florida's best parks for young children, featuring a fenced playground and water park. While the pool facility itself is generally considered good, especially for little kids, there are significant and consistent complaints regarding its management and operation. Issues include inadequate lifeguard attention and staffing, unexplained closures due to 'weather warnings' despite clear conditions, poor pool cleanliness (dirty water with bugs and leaves), and inconsistent enforcement of rules such as dress codes, providing hair ties, and scheduled breaks.

We just took our dogs to walk on the paths. We love taking them there. They provide clean up bags and a disposal container. It has great walking trails with or without dogs and Frisbee golf

This facility is better than Bicentennial Patk Pool for little kids. However, the management and lifeguards are just awful. Bicentennial Park needs to send a few people here before someone drowns. 2/3 of the lifeguards here don't pay attention and need to be canned. I was a lifeguard all through high school and college and went to competitions for it. That's why I can judge these guys so poorly. The facility itself is awesome, though.

The pool is great but I don’t know why in a day with this weather they just close it because of a “weather warning”. there were people waiting but they tell them they couldn’t open it. Besides that, sometimes there is like 4 lifeguards and the pool capacity is 25 and the reason is there is just 1 lifeguard on duty. I don’t really understand.

One of the best parks in Florida. Perfect for young children. Playground and water park and close to each other and are completely fenced in, Which is a life saver when you have several little ones running around.

I went to the pool yesterday. We went in at 1 pm. The pool was very dirty with dead bugs, leaves, and dirt on the bottom. The weird thing is that back in 2023, there was a list of swimsuits you could wear and what clothes you could not wear. Then , a couple of kids and teenagers came in with literal jeans on, not swimsuits. Every time you come in, the staff are supposed to give you a hair tie, and now they don't give you one. The board also said that every 5 minutes of an hour, they would do a break to go to the bathroom, water break, etc. But they didn't. Why do they keep changing the rules or not doing them?
