Rude manager by the name of Maribel, uses her manager position to be rude and confront people and tried to put words in my mouth that I did not say. Talk about a power trip, she’s had no right to have a manager position and then proceeded to act like she’s better then the rest of the life guards would not recommend her for this position might need a bit more training again VERY rude and was just looking for a problem, also why would the manager constantly be on her phone ? Then proceeded to tell me she’s not a life guard :)

Me and my family love going to this pool because its nice and clean and our kids have an amazing time but last time i went to this place a 17 yr old spit on my 13 yr old on her face and was following my daughter around looking for a fight , i advised the security and the manager of this place and didnt do nothing about it

Very rude life guards barely got to swim ! They kicked everybody out just so the life guards could swim together. Paid money just to sit in the hot sun and have to watch the life guards swim . BS . Too many rules .

We got there 5 min b4 break they said we couldn’t go to car and back so we ate in our car went back after the 30 min and they refused to let us in we got to swim almost 4 min and that was it and wouldn’t refund us the money either knowing we hadn’t gone swimming and they knew we were coming back we told them
