What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Brigham City Community Pool is largely praised as a fun, family-friendly, and moderately priced destination suitable for all ages. Patrons enjoy the nice pool layout, good-condition water slides, and the convenience of a snack bar, with the option to bring their own food. Lifeguards are generally described as watchful and on top of things, and the facilities are often noted as clean. However, several areas for improvement were mentioned, including a desire for consistent operating hours and more shade in certain pool and ticket areas. Safety concerns were raised regarding protruding bars near the large water slide, which a manager reportedly refused to address, and there was a specific incident highlighting a need for improved lifeguard coverage or clearer assignments, particularly in slide landing pools, to prevent accidents. Additionally, some facilities like restrooms, changing rooms, and slide stairs were noted as needing upgrades or deep cleaning.

Such a fun pool. Went there yesterday for the first time and my kids loved it. The layout of the pool was really nice. The lifeguards seemed to be really on top of things. There was a decent amount of food to choose from at the food stand, but you can also bring in your own food. I also love that there’s tons of seating and umbrellas for shade.
Fun for all ages, moderately priced, wish the hours were the same every day.
I give it a light 4. Pool size is great for every age, water slides are in good condition and very fun for everyone's enjoyment. Snack bar has the regular food/drink requests. Life guards are watchful and helpful to everyone. There is some safety problems with bars sticking out , going up to the big water slide. We asked if they had bumpers or anything the manager refused to fix it. Staff move towel items from in front of red line... but not toys that could actually hurt someone. Needs more shade inside pool area, and over the ticket area. Facilities are clean. Everyone seems to be enjoying the day!
Fun place to swim! They also have snacks
I have always enjoyed the Brigham City Community Pool! It has childhood mastalgia for me, too, so that helps! The slide is fun, it's very family-friendly, and the facilities are decent. I think a few things could use an upgrade or a deep cleaning--like the restrooms/ changing rooms and the stairs to the slide. But the atmosphere is great on a normal day (there's construction in the area at the moment) and it makes for a nice summer afternoon! I also think the life guards typically do a great job, but we did have an incident during our last visit where something significant went unnoticed. A simple fix would be to have one or two more life guards posted so they can be attentive to their areas and not have their attention split. The incident was a child in the large slide area who should have been urged out of the landing pool before another slider came down. It put the child in danger because a guardian and child came down the slide and landed on the child because he was hanging out (intentionally) under the water. It was scary. But all that is needed is a life guard whose sole job is to watch that pool during their rotation and nothing else. Problem solved. Also, parents near the slide when their children are going down would help, but often parents have several children of differing ages and that can be nearly impossible for some. Just some thoughts! I hope this is helpful! I encourage a day at the BCCP :)
