About

Clean swimming pool with diving boards, lap lanes and open swim for all ages.

While specific daily pool temperatures for the Stang Aquatic Center are not consistently published, outdoor public recreational pools like this generally maintain their water at a comfortable swimming temperature, typically ranging from 78-82 degrees Fahrenheit (25-28 degrees Celsius) during their operational season.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool generally receives positive feedback, praised for its affordability, attentive lifeguards, and well-maintained locker rooms. It's popular for various activities including lap swimming, workouts, and open swim, especially for youth groups and families, offering discounts for youth. Amenities include provided equipment (life jackets, noodles, kick boards), ample parking, and swimming lessons. However, some drawbacks include a 4-foot shallow end not ideal for very young children, and spectator facilities during regional swim meets are often criticized for noise, heat, and limited viewing space. While some reviewers highlight cleanliness, one review notes it can be 'kind of dirty' despite being very cheap. Lap swim can get quite busy after 6 AM, and visitors are advised to check specific operating hours before visiting.

A nice pool with attentive life guards and really good pass prices. They provide life jackets, pool noodles, kick boards, etc. The pool doesn’t really have a shallow end (4 feet), so might not be ideal for younger kids who just want to splash. There’s also a swimming lane and diving boards both available during open swim. Their hours are specific, so check before you go, but we happily spent 3 hours here.

Regional swim meets are so noisy and not enough air blowing to keep cool on the hard bleachers above the pool. It's fun to watch the kids but this place needs more room for bleachers and viewing area when your student is swimming 🏊‍♀️.

My wife and I would come here every Tuesday to swim for our work out. The lifeguards keep the place clean, the locker rooms are nice and not broken. The pool smells kinda nice. Like the ole classic pool smell from your childhood that makes ya think about sandwiches and chips. Anyway, it’s been a good experience.

Great pool - they usually have it set at 25 meters, with the deep end (diving boards) being closed during lap swim Pool is usually kind of dirty, but it's really cheap to swim there, so I feel like it's worth it. It's still cleaner that the outdoor pools in the Valley. It's decently quiet early in the morning (0500-0600) after about 0600 the lap swim gets a little busier and some days the pool is completely full during lap swim. I'm not sure what the open swim hours are like.

Great pool, they have public hours that are great for taking kids, youth groups or just to practice. They have discounts for youth and let the leaders get in free, it's awesome! We'll definitely be coming back here! They have plenty of parking and do swimming lessons as well.
