Shady business. We paid to have 3 WRONG liners installed from this company after they excused the poorly made liners to Covid. They said they would refund after the 3rd liner. They passed us to 2 different departments claiming the refund had to come from them. Now the phone number has been disconnected. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. Makes me wish I was local to pay a visit. My wife is coordinating a class action lawsuit with other customers that have been taken advantage of

Do your research on this company and READ the reviews. I purchased and then canceled my order (reason irrelevant) they emailed me stating it would be canceled and return credit would be issued in 5-7 days. Needless to say I followed up 9 says later to see where my nearly 3000$ credit was and started getting the run around. They are saying my bank refused credit my bank says they have no reason to deny me credit. Still trying to get my money back at this point 10-15-20. Well as i still have no pool (cause I canceled the order) and no credit due to a corrupt company it appears I am going to have to take greater steps. 10-19-20

I have dealt with this company for many many years and purchased or built over 3k pools by them and as far as im concerned Jim and the staff are top notch at what they do and exceed theyre job detail to help or find ou more information t any situation there has been (very few) …#1 IN MY OPINION

I purchaced a overlay pool liner, After working all dat in the heat to prepare for the liner, we got the liner laid out in the pool and started carefully spreading as these are PAPER THIN. only to find out it had never been seamed. All the way down the middle when contacting the company was given a huge run around with more phone numbers, they couldnt find my transaction. $200.00 Lesson Learned. Read all the response from this company..... That way you can see what kind of people you deal with. Real Cute! Not any concern of making right still just more run around, as it is Impossible to contact anyone. If you can not provide proof of return, paypal sides with the company. So If the MFG is **Impossible to contact** for a return. You can not provide a return. BUYER BEWARE!!! Find a reputable company willing to stand behind what they sell. The reply to these reviews will speak for The company .

DO NOT DO IT!! Pool ordered. Invoice said 12-18 weeks delivery!!! If I wanted to put a pool up in the dead of winter I’d have waited for them to go on sale in the fall!! AND they claim they refunded my money only to take if off my card AGAIN today!!!!
