HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!! Do not give them any more than that security deposit and firsts months rent. Do not give them any prepaid rent either, bc you will not get it back. The staff sexually harasses tenant's by offering like money off rent, repairs for free, get out of being evicted, or let someone who is not on your lease live at your apartment with no issues in return they get to call you their "girl" and of course they expect the whole 9 yards in that. They are not fair to all of their tenants, some get that special treatment for being their "girl." The staff is fake, they will act like they are concerned, care, here for you, and say "we are a community here," but the moment you don't do what they want you to do, they start to cause you problems and stocking your every move to try to catch you doing anything they can use to evict you, and they will go straight to that. This place disgusts me!!

Wouldn't even fix the lock on our door. My husband just added graphite to it and now it works like a charm. There's a pool, but it's only been open a couple of days. Manager right now has no clue. Moved a couple in an apartment upstairs and the A/C is not working. Some residents have given up and are using window units. I feel blessed that ours is working!

One star is far to much for this place. They attempt to steal your deposit once you move out. They never to repairs, they keep the place in shambles. Black mold all over the walkway of our unit. They attempt to break the law to scare you into doing what they want. Don't move here ever! A street corner is better then this place.
