First off I want to give a shout out to Savannah for saving the day. Secondly my complaint is, we rented the pool out privately for my son’s birthday party.. the rental was suppose to be from noon until 3. We were told we could only come 15 minutes early before our time started so we could set up decorations.. okay great…. 2:30 rolls around and another family starts walking THROUGH my sons birthday party to check in for theirs….. for $300 spent, I’m still disappointed with how it turned out at the end of it. To top it off we were “greeted” by rude and disrespectful teenagers who had nothing but attitude and no means of trying to help the situation or answer my questions as to why a whole family is walking through my sons party and SITTING their belongings on the tables that we were using! I honestly hope the teenagers that were working this afternoon learn how to use better customer service and learn how to do their jobs correctly because if I’m spending $300 I expect to use it PRIVATELY like intended. Also the majority of the time the staff spent in the office on their cell phones (aka not even working) We won’t be renting it again that’s for sure. We still appreciate Savanna for her coming in to deescalate the situation.

Had my daughter's birthday party here this morning and was very much impressed. The last time I came here with my kids I was very unimpressed with the conditions of the building and the staff that was working. I had heard it was under new management and they have really turned it around. The facilities were clean and a lot of the problems I had previously were addressed. The lifeguards were attentive kind and professional. Whatever the new manager is doing is really working! Will definitely be back more.

Drove 45 mins to get here and nothing says they are closed- not online, no sign on the door.. nothing. Don't assume that this place is open any day that is posted online or you'll be sorry. I have 3 upset kids from OKC that were coming to swim for a birthday. So thanks for ruining that.

Very clean pool, bathrooms and locker room. Plenty of attentive lifeguards, but they don't interfere in the family fun by blowing the whistle for every little thing. There are beach balls and water footballs and basketballs for your use. A diving board pool, a small waterslide and a water mushroom.

This is an incredible facility located in Kingfisher Oklahoma. Clean and well maintained. You can use the facility for $5 per visit or sign up for a reasonably priced season pass.
