What are people saying (AI review summary)? This swim lesson facility receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, with many parents noting significant growth in their children's water confidence and skills, often progressing from being fearful to enjoying activities like high diving. Instructors, particularly Ally and Heather, are highly praised for making lessons fun, engaging, and effectively managing children's behavior. The staff is consistently described as helpful and friendly, and the scheduling app makes managing lessons and makeups (which never expire) convenient. The facility maintains a consistent schedule and is noted for being clean and comfortable, with coaches adept at working with children of varying comfort levels in the water. Minor drawbacks include the absence of Sunday classes, which can sometimes complicate makeup scheduling, occasional high class sizes leading to less individual attention, and the lack of air conditioning, resulting in indoor temperatures frequently exceeding 80 degrees.

My little one has loved her swim lessons, especially since having Ally as an instructor! Her confidence and excitement to be in the water has grown exponentially! Ally makes the water and skills fun for the kids and she always has a smile and can redirect behaviors in a light hearted way that keeps the kids engaged. All of the staff has been helpful and friendly and the app makes it super easy to keep track of lesson times and to schedule makeups.
The coaches are SO WONDERFUL at this location and the schedule is very consistent (no seasonal shake ups). They were happy to work with my little fish who loves to swim and my poor wet cat who didn't like it at all. No classes on Sunday can make scheduling make-ups a little tricky but they never expire so there's no rush (we bank them, then use them all during school breaks). Facility is always very clean and comfortable! 5/5 have been going here for a year and will continue.
My daughter went from not being able to be in the water without a lifejacket, and not going where she couldn't touch without hanging to the side of the pool,to jumping off the high dive into 9 feet of water. She has gained confidence, and has put my mind at ease after an incident when she was 3 and almost drowned. It is fun to watch all of the kids learn and grow.
We have been going here for almost 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. Every coach has been great and my kids love it. Thank you coach Heather for getting my youngest over the hump from level 7 to level 8!
Good place. Cons: Sometimes teachers have too many kids to be able to give each enough attention. They don't have air conditioning so its always 80+ degrees inside.
