What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews paint a mixed but largely negative picture of the facility. One positive review highlighted clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent customer service, including assistance with a lost phone. However, the majority of reviews expressed significant dissatisfaction. Common complaints include the water not feeling clean or 'crisp,' inconsistent lifeguard behavior, and what many perceived as unreasonable and arbitrary rules (e.g., banning baby snacks, confiscating unopened candy even when exiting). Several reviewers were upset about being charged admission for infants. There were also serious accusations of poor management, including one instance of an intimidating and threatening manager, and general complaints about unhelpful staff and poor capacity management leading to long lines. Many reviewers explicitly stated a preference for other local pools due to these negative experiences.

Bathrooms were clean & so was everything else really. Friendly staff. We even lost our cell phone during closing time, right as an evening pool party was starting. Multiple staff helped us scramble to find the phone. Turns out someone turned it in to them! Great customer service and management. Been going here since our girls were in swim diapers.
Water didn't feel as "crisp" or clean as other public pools. Lifeguards seem cool with things that other pools Lifeguards blows whistles at until something simple happens then they "seen" it and blows whistle. Got told I can't have a baggie of cheese puffs for my 11 month old in the diaper bag, and charged $5 for my 11 month old...., she can't even walk why charge $5.?.?. Felt really dirty after leaving.... rather travel to an Omaha pool!!!
I can remove this review when we get an apology but we’ve been coming here all summer and it’s to the point where I’m getting my attorney involved. The management here clearly doesn’t have safety in mind they just get bored and start micro managing making up dumb random rules to say they did something. Manager guy here was very intimidating and threatening kept stepping in my way and saying I need to backup that I’m in his face acting like he was going to fight me. Smelled something on his breath. Very unfortunate to be so inappropriate at a children’s pool.
Kids liked the pirate ship but that’s about it. Customer service was terrible. My grandson was leaving and had a bag of unopened candy and someone made him throw it out. We were literally exiting the park and he did not eat it inside. I told the older blond lady in front and she said” I don’t know what to tell you”. Also there was candy with us due to diabetes we weren’t trying to hide candy lol we bought stuff from the snack bar soooooo yeah I think this will be our first and last time coming here. We will still to the handsome park kids pool. Much better and way more welcoming.
They don't give a f about anything. They put a piece of paper on the register to let you know that they're out of capacity so they have a line of like 20 people waiting for people to leave at 1:00. Heading to papio Bay for the same price and a lot more fun activities and they don't charge me $5 for a baby
