The pool is great! Everyone who works there are friendly and helpful. The life guards do an outstanding job ensuring everyone is safe. I've been to a lot of pools over my life but, Dowding is my favorite.

Nice staff, could clean the pool better last year I found like 5 bandaids at the bottom of the pool, the food could have more options, but overall it was great.

UPDATE 7/11/20: Today started out great. The girls at the front desk were nice, we enjoyed the sun, and a swim but the second time we got into the pool a lady calls over a male life guard, points at us in the pool (they both stare, laugh and both point at us off and on for nearly 10 minutes) this was disappointing as my friend has scars all over her body due to a bad burn years ago. There was no one else in the pool in the area where we were so that is not a valid excuse for their behavior. I would expect more out of a lifeguard that's on duty and in uniform. I went up and asked a female lifeguard what his name was and she said AVERY! Avery I really hope as you grow up you can learn to have empathy and respect for others. Very unprofessional!! The pool itself was clean and they let you bring in your own chair which is nice.
