We have had a great experience with Alaglas pools. Andy was our salesman and he was quick to communicate and always made sure our questions were answered. A really nice guy to work with. Our pool was delivered just 3 days after our original date for installation. They communicated all of the changes with us in a timely manner and it was due to weather. Our pool installer, Ken, was extremely efficient. They did not damage our property and did not damage our extremely long and skinny concrete driveway. We are very thankful for that. We needed a few extra loads of dirt than we first thought but that is okay. We love our pool and are so happy to have it for “The Summer we Quarantined. “ Thanks to all of these essential workers for getting us a beautiful pool just in time!!

Our experience with Alaglass Pools has been great! The entire process required lots of patience but we were absolutely fine with that! We wanted a job well done and that is what we received! Lewis Scarborough came to our home, was honest with us and made a plan that fit our family and our expectations. We decided on the Baron pool. Communication was excellent with each and every person. Derek, our project manager, was either onsite or just a phone call away. Our input was always, always requested throughout the entire process. We made a slight change of plans half way through and with no question, they were happy to accommodate. As far as our pool settling into the ground, God sent a nice rain through the weekend, which made the pool slightly unleveled. The installers, Blackwater Grading and Excavating, promptly returned and corrected that issue. They were very friendly and were very easy to talk to concerning any of our questions and concerns. The concrete crew and electrician also did exceptional work. We were educated on how to care for our pool and how the entire system operates. We cannot say enough how very satisfied we are with Alaglas Pools and all of their crews that made this happen. Thank you!

Do not purchase an Alaglas pool! They do NOT back their products or support their warranties. We purchased our Alaglas pool from a local authorized dealer in Charleston in 1999. 5 years into our so-called warranty we noticed discoloration and cracks. The local authorized dealer was no longer open so we reached out to Alaglas and were told we were out of luck since the authorized dealer was closed, mind you the warranty is listed from Alaglas. They did suggest a cleaner to try, it did not work and our pool began chipping and incurring lots of additional discoloration. We followed every single pool care instruction given to us by the dealer and listed on the Alaglas website from day 1. This purchase was one of the most exciting events for our family and we had dreamed of many years of making many fun memories in it. Now we are left with a decaying, horrible quality pool and broken dreams. Find a different manufacturer, don't let this happen to your family.

We've had a great experience so far with Alaglas Fiberglass Pools! Lewis Scarborough has been an excellent help in our process. He came by, viewed our property, helped us make a pool selection that fit our space, and went over every part of the process in detail. We had three other quotes and Lewis's prices and upgrade selections were above and beyond everyone else! The timeline fit in perfectly with our expectations. When it came time for us to write up our contract, Lewis gave honest opinions on choices for upgrades. We were able to come up with the perfect pool for our budget and space. The service by Lewis and Alaglas has been grade A! Our family can't wait to be in our new pool! I wanted to update this review. Alaglas got my project started on time. We chose the Antigua pool design. A team came out and prepped the property and dug the whole in two days. On the second day a truck and crane brought the pool in and dropped it into the hole and it was leveled in 10 minutes. These guys knew what they were doing! On the next day all the piping and pump was installed and running. Once the pool had some water in it, a team of concrete guys came out and started working. They worked from sun up to sun down for two solid days making my concrete work look beautiful! The electrician came next and ran all my wires and made sure everything was bonded and in tip top shape. A couple of days after that, Alaglas sent a technician out to clean the pool, add salt, and get everything leveled out. He showed me everything I needed to know to maintain the pool. The only thing we have left to do is hook up the heater to a propane tank I'm getting installed. I can't be more happy with the process. Lewis, Zac, Angela, Brittani, Chris, Baker, Ernesto, Jessica, Lance, Paul, and Jacob did a great job with my pool! My boys are loving it!

Okay, the pool is fandamntastic; it gets a 5. Customer service not so much maybe a 2. If you are willing to birddog them, then it should turn out fine. They were quick to respond on getting us the quote and getting a deposit, everything after that was like a long slow root canal with no novacaine. They came out to take measurements and said we would have drawings in a few weeks which we needed for HOA approvals. When I asked about them, they had had lost measurements and had to come back. Leak issues with the pool before concrete was poured took weeks to resolve. NO LEAKS NOW. We ordered a pool cover when we started the process and when the pool was done they said it would be 3 more months before they had our cover that needed to be ordered. Wait you did not order it when we started the project and waited until it was completed... There are multiple issues like this that came up. Getting past all of that we love the pool. To be fair, most of the people who came to our house were very nice. Just the service and follow up was slow until we finally had a call with the owner and things picked up after that.
