i would like to thank each and everyone you for all that you all have done for me in the year i have been going there. i never figured that i would enjoy excersing,but i do and have. im glad that i came. The best time to go is during the day before 3 pm. That is when the older folk have their classes. You are more likely to be able to use bench-press/chest-press/deadlift, etc. Without having to wait.
