A wonderful community center! We stopped by to help family from out-of-state and were looking for a way to get some exercise in and burn off energy. We were happy to learn that we could get day passes. My daughter loved your pool and my husband loved the sauna and whirlpool. We will definitely be back. Abby was pleasant with helping with the process and the lady the next morning (4/24/25) had many great suggestions for us to keep us busy and active. What a great gem for your area!

The things that set this gym apart from the rest are the heated pool, hot tub, sauna. A person can walk in the pool any day its open and there is a good chance there is a free swim lane open. The pool has a stairway with a railing for easy access as does pearce's hottub.There is always a treadmill open and pearce has a padded walking track where you can watch people play pickle ball or watch kids play. The weight rooms always have dumbells and cable machines available. There are multiple barbell stations including a smith machine. People are friendlier at this gym and respect their fellow gym members. There are many group exercise classes available everyday and certified trainers offer personalized training. Pearce currently has free shampoo, swimsuit dryers, and a seated shower for those who have trouble showering. I can leave my phone, workout gloves, and bag unattended and i havent had any issues with stolen items. Its hard not to make friends at pearce and i have not met a member who i had a problem with.

Pearce is an amazing fitness and community center. They have so many different options available to their members (and non members). We shopped around gyms, and Pearce's value is unheard of--fitness classes are free, there is a wide variety of classes to meet each of our needs, they offer child care while you work out and the opportunities for children are unbelievable. Summer Camp, Day Camp, School's Out to name a few. The staff is positive and motivational. I can't say enough great things about Pearce!

Great place for the whole family. Several nice weight rooms, cardio machine selection is extensive, lineup of fitness classes that are INCLUDED in the monthly membership is amazing. Indoor pool, indoor track, two bball courts, babysitting - And the rates are the best deal around.

We were upset when they raised the price of a family membership as a lot of people in the Chillicothe were. I think when pricing things they should keep in mind that they are a community center and NOT a private club. Then price according to what people in our community can afford. There are a lot of great amenities that Pearce provides or will provide for an extra fee. Like all of their classes and programs for kids. They seem to be always brainstorming to figure out what the next big thing there should be. I have noticed progress on updating the facility since the big staff chang over, which is nice.. Also new machines in the cardio and workout areas. All in all my family enjoys the Pearce Center and all it offers.
