Absolutely loved my lap swim experience at Deaconess aquatic center! Very well maintained facility with excellent management processes. Schedules are easily located online. Access to the facility is reasonable. Depending upon what you want to accomplish in the water, you can find the time and space to accommodate your goals. Highly recommend a visit should you be in the Evansville area!

We enjoy this facility, customer service is usually friendly and helpful, though once or twice there's been a youngster at the counter who is curt and rude. The dressing rooms and both pools are clean and well maintained. The online schedules aren't always correct it seems, as other reviews have addressed. Be wary of that, you might have to be flexible and not swim how you were planning. Overall it's a pretty great place to go!

It's really not worth it. The place is very nice, but it pretty much caters to competition. There's literally a giant area for laps yet the rec swim area also has lap lanes leaving the family area very small. Also not very warm. The locker rooms are cold af. When the summer rolls around they literally close to the public 4 days a week leaving families 25 hrs a week. Always a capacity issue but they're happy to take your 50 bucks for a membership that you MIGHT get to use. Again nice but the juice is not worth the squeeze. We used to love it but it turned sour fast. Our family won't be returning and I will def be spreading the word amongst my 140 coworkers.

I had high hopes when this facility opened but find it very restrictive for adults and seniors who simply want to participate in a recreational swim. The pool caters too much to competitive swimmers. I dont necessarily want to swim laps the whole time. The recreation pool is miserably too small and shallow as well as too cold. I was turned away a couple times as it was too full. I would definitely not waste my money on a pass, the facility capacity is too hit and miss, especially with birthday parties...what a shame as this is a beautiful facility, so disappointing.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a little exercise. It was $6 for a nice 45-minute swim in the lap pool. This is a very nice pool and a lovely resource for the community. Very clean locker rooms and showers.
