I love this giant pillow. This is a great solution to stop the swampy mess I had to clean every spring. I don't miss that job! Another benefit my pool water is clear when the pool is opened. We normally have the chemicals balanced and the pool ready for use in about 2 days. As far as the company you could not ask for a more responsive people. They are easy to talk to and helpful. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Easy Dome pool is a guaranteed to work pool cover. It is very durable and can take extreme powerful winds. I don't have to look any further for pool covers. These are the people to go to because of the experience they have. Their customer service is awesome. They will help you with any problems that you encounter with your product. . Thanks Easy Dome.

Don't think twice about ordering from Easy Dome Pool Covers. The quality is far superior than all others. I live in an extremely windy area and was frustrated in finding a cover that wouldn't blow away or tear. I can't say enough about the quality. Customer service is the best I have ever experienced. You will speak with a real person without any annoying directory. Mason solved my problem very quickly. This company stands behind their products. I have finally found a company that makes me proud of good old fashioned American quality.

Terrible product. Worse customer service. We purchased a 12’ round gorilla pool pillow from them. It lasted about three weeks and then we’d have to inflate it again. This happened all winter. I filled out the online warranty form and never got a response. I tried again, still no response so I emailed them three different times with pictures of the pillow, each a month or so apart. I never received a response. This was “guaranteed” for one full year with free replacement if it failed. We ended up throwing it away when we opened the pool this year and it was completely flat. Do not purchase from them. They do not stand behind their products and do not care about their customers.

Mason was wonderful to deal with...professional, yet very helpful. We have a friend who can't speak highly enough of your products, we were even able to see their clean swimming pool results upon opening after a Michigan winter with lots of trees with falling leaves (our problem also).
