Positive feedback highlights a beautiful, well-kept, and heated (around 80°F) outdoor facility offering various programs like lap swimming and aqua aerobics, with flexible pass options. Some users appreciate the ozone filtration system and friendly lifeguards. However, there are significant negative comments, particularly regarding staff behavior, with multiple instances of rude, unhelpful, and inconsiderate attitudes from both front desk and deck personnel, leading to very uncomfortable experiences for some, including those with special needs children. Other criticisms include inconsistent scheduling, one mention of a dirty pool, and a cumbersome refund process.

Really nice outdoor pool with good hours and friendly lifeguards. A great community pool.
Pool was dirty, staff not very friendly. Very different from 15 years ago when I last swam there.
Came to the pool today for the first time and we were unaware that there would be a summer camp here. No problem normally right? Just open an extra lane and allow more people to swim. It was a surprise to us that the staff at the pool were extremely rude and inconsiderate. Both the front desk and a women on the deck were full of attitude. My daughter has special needs and my friends son does as well. So we were trying out carp pool thinking we were safe in our little town. When my daughter decided she didn't want to get in the water the staff made us very uncomfortable and had extreme attitude. We literally walked in and turned around and walked out to ask for a refund. Had to fill out a form to get a refund for less than $11. Now the form must be sent to city hall and a check may or may not be mailed to my home address. So disappointed and actually very disturbed by the attitudes at a city establishment for KIDS in Carp!!!!!
Awesome pool!!! This is coming from a life-long swimmer so you can either consider that bias or trust that I've been to a few pools and am familiar with them. The pool is heated to about 80 degrees (daily temp is displayed at the front desk). You can buy daily passes or punch cards or monthly passes (which save you money if you come often). There are aqua aerobics, lap swimming, master's program, private lessons, etc. The schedule is subject to change but they are good about displaying upcoming changes. Water quality and temperature is great (it's going to be slightly chilly when you jump in so when you get warmed up after a few laps you're not overheating). Oh, they also have an Ozone filtration system (more info on their site) but it's awesome (goodbye, chlorine smelling skin!).
This a a beautiful pool in a beautiful town. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because schedule is inconsistent. Warm water. Great location and well kept.
