What a super place to stay, we couldn’t be happier with our room. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and this is the only place we stay at when visiting Metropolis. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really nice and gets your day started in the right direction.

Room newly remodeled and still had a construction site smell. The bed was comfortable and the shower was sufficient- nothing fancy. Nice to have a new big screen tv, refrigerator and microwave . The a/c was not replaced during the room remodeling.

Needs work. Guys running the place nice. Breakfast very good. Used booking service and got ripped off. Just call ahead. Room ok great bed. Small bathroom. Good place but not the usual Holiday Inn Express.

Excellent! Room 122 was neat and clean. It did have a bit of a funky smell but I think it was from the a/c unit leaking water onto the carpet. The bed was very comfortable. The fitness room was nice with an elliptical, a recumbent bike and a treadmill for guest use. The pool and hot tub were clean and very refreshing. Breakfast had several options including biscuits and gravy and plenty of fresh coffee. This place will be our pick next time we visit family in the area!

Great place. Check in was efficient and all relevant information was given in an orderly fashion. Dian was working at check in and she was very friendly and sincere. Breakfast and check out was the same, great staff all around. Room was clean and quiet. I had to work from the room and had no issues with the wifi.
