I use them to check my water sample and keep my pool looking great. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. If I have an issue, I can describe it to them and they guide me in the right direction. Extremely satisfied with them. Highly recommend.

Joe to the rescue, again! Just caught em about to close mid week -end of day with a yesterday pool was running fine today not so much🤷♀️ after giving the details of what I VERY QUICKLY could see on my pit stop at home thankfully he was able to have Corey here next day (today) all is good👍🏻So grateful for my local pool store! Chemical Pools is a spectacular pool and spa company. Joe and his phenomenal team are very knowledgeable, always helpful and provide great customer service. We've been with Joe and the Chemical Pools team for 10 years. Joe's guru extraordinaire and honest partnership recommended upgrading our pool converting to saltwater, so easy to maintain, including a DE filter and variable speed pump! Best decision ever, recommend it for everyone. Thomas with his years of technical expertise and his team performed the upgrade. Not long after we again partnered with Joe and purchased a Pinnacle luxury two person spa with deluxe LED premier lighting package, lighted fountains and premier waterproof speakers. Again, Thomas and his team seamlessly installed. So wonderfully relaxing! Next upgrade was our heat pump pool heater based on Joe's knowledgeable input, Thomas was integral to the successful installation, best choice ever, year-round pool enjoyment! The latest upgrade was the inclusion of adjustable roman jets water fountains feature to the pool, magnificent addition, thank you Thomas and Joe! Highly recommend Joe and the Chemical Pool and Spas family for all your backyard paradise needs, true integrity, professional workmanship, competitive pricing and long-term partnership! The best choice in Merritt Island and Brevard county!
