What are people saying (AI review summary)? The water park generally offers a fun experience, especially for children, with enjoyable slides and reasonably priced concessions. However, there are significant concerns regarding lifeguard performance, with multiple reports of staff being inattentive, playing, or on their phones instead of supervising, leading to safety issues in the lazy river and slides. Other common complaints include a lack of shade and umbrellas, potential water chemical imbalances causing physical discomfort, and maintenance issues like out-of-order diving boards and dirty food machines. While some visitors appreciate the shaded areas and lap pool, parents are advised to closely supervise their children due to the described staff unreliability.

Took the teen grandkids the boys had a blast, the girl MEH! the diving boards were out of order and the nachos cheese machine could use an extreme power wash. It was a decent experience
My boys had fun at the water park but the lifeguards were too busy running around the pad throwing water balloons and buckets at each other to actually do the jobs they were paid to do. They were allowing kids to play football in the lazy river which would be fine but they were running over small children so much that we had to tell the teenagers to watch out for others. Several times I looked at the slides when my children were going down and the lifeguards are either on their phones or talking to each other and not watching the slides while allowing multiple people to go down. Not one lifeguard was watching the lazy river. The only lifeguard that was doing their job was at the slide pool. No where else. The lifeguards eventually took their water fight into the splash pool meant for toddlers where they proceeded to wrestle with each other for a bucket!! Walked out of the bathroom to the same lifeguards taking selfies and tanning. Fun park, must watch your own children for safety.
I would give this water park a 5 star if it had more umbrellas. There are only 4 umbrellas besides the covered areas with tables for eating. So many grandparents/parents bring their kids and to watch them is mostly straight sun😢otherwise a great water park.
My husband, 2 of our really good friends, and I have been here several times before and we always thoroughly enjoy it. We travel in from out of town just to go!!! The lazy river is usually pretty crowded but it does depend on the day and time you are there. If you're looking for a workout, try walking against the current in the lazy river!!! You will definitely feel it the next day!!! The slides are really fun. My husband loves the tallest one! The lap pool is usually very warm in temperature, especially after being in the other water areas, and the deep end of the pool has a shelf-like area all around the outside of the pool where you can stand and hold onto the edge of the pool. It's perfect if you're trying to conquer any fears about being in deep water with nothing to hold onto. The concession stand usually has a lot to choose from, including ice cream and a few hot food choices, and the prices are not bad. There are quite a few areas in the shade to relax or dry off in their beach chairs and usually there is a nice breeze to help with that. We will all definitely go back as we do multiple times per summer.
Small but fun, I think something was off with the chemicals in the water. 2 kids had nose bleeds and my eyes felt like they were on fire. Snacks are perfectly priced, friendly staff.
