Absolutely lovely customer service and experience! Hot tub was delivered exactly on time when promised. Chris, was very attentive to installation process. He made sure that the cover lift and hot tub are perfectly leveled. He double-checked all measurements and screws at least 3 times! I was given a large sample pack of ALL needed chemicals and testing strips. In addition, Chris explained every step of checking water for all chemicals and than demonstrated every testing with balancing right in front of me and let me record the explanation how to do it. I was impressed how patient he was about millions of my questions. Furthermore, he repeatedly emphasized that if I have any questions about maintenance or buffering the pool water, I should not hesitate to call and come by the store and ask for help at no charge. I received absolutely amazing service. #honestreview #absolutelysatisfied UPDATE 8-2-2017 I had few issues with hot tub. I called Tropical Spa, and people came over the next day and fixed the issue at no cost as i have 5 year warranty. Great service =)

Logan has been awesome with helping us maintain a swim spa that was installed by the previous owner. Communication is great, they are reasonable with repair and service, and they recommend products and parts that actually last. His team of guys who come do the work do a great job. Highly recommend.

This will be the second hot tub I bought from them! But the first one about 10 years or so ago, recently moved and I'm now setting up for another hot tub. They're hot tubs are better quality and better prices than their competitors

I had them do our plumbing on our above ground pool and then this year we did a re line . They told us of a crew who does that type of work. Great job guys sorry it took so long to give you a 5 stars we would give 10 stars can’t wait to do more Business with you

Mark the owner and Chris manager-installer(Mark's son) were friendly and anwered all our questions. The first time there we just looked...i had no idea my husband was serious about buying one. The first two places you come to on that street we stopped and those businesses could have cared less and ingored us. Mark and Chris are true gentleman and businessmen. We bought one the next time we went in....WE LOVE IT. We had so much fun with Chris and his partner when they installed for us. Very precise with everything!
