What are people saying (AI review summary)? This small town pool receives mixed reviews. Many praise its affordability, offering a dedicated baby/toddler pool (free), a 3ft area for younger kids, and various sections for different swimming levels. It features standard and high diving boards, and lifeguards are on duty. While one user reported inconsistent pricing, others found it affordable at $3 for kids and free for non-swimming adults. The pool is undergoing renovations, and despite older bathrooms, they are kept clean. Additional amenities like snacks and nearby park facilities (basketball, volleyball, tennis, playground, disc golf) are also noted positively. However, significant criticisms revolve around management and rules, described as 'insanely absurd' and overly controlling, particularly concerning diving board instructions and perceived strict requirements for adults. One review highlighted a particularly negative experience with an older staff member being rude and discouraging to children, which contributed to some users believing management issues lead to low attendance.

By far the worst place I've taken My kids swimming!! The older lady that runs the place was very rude to my children! My older son wanted to try and pass the swim test she kept telling him he wasn't a good enough swimmer and he was going to fail the test! Also the price changed the 3 times I have went!! No one should ever treat children in such way!
Small town pool with a standard and high diving boards. Baby pool is nice for kids 5 and under. 3ft area is great for 4-8 year olds. Bring toys and balls for kids to play with and it is a great affordable pool!
This is a nice pool for children & adults. Its roped into 3 sections from shallowness to deepest. There is also a baby/ toddler pool that is free. A single day admission for kids at the pool is $3.00. Adults who just want to go in to watch their kids & not swim can go in free. There is a high dive & a low diving board. Lifeguards on duty! There are also showers to use before and after swimming if wanted.
Adults needing to prove to a child that they can swim before going in a deep end is the most pathetic thing I’ve seen in a while. The rules at this pool are insanely absurd, I’ve literally listened to these lifeguards instruct every swimmer that goes off these boards on what to do. Way beyond the basics of safety rules. This is control ! People wonder why there are 8 people at this pool on a beautiful Saturday afternoon look no further than management.
Nice small town pool. They are working on some great renovations. The bathrooms are old and get vandalized to often but work and are clean. Nothing fancy but has a separate fenced in baby pool, high dive and low dive. The staff are great. Snacks available to purchase. The area has a basketball hoop, sand vollyball courts, tennis, playground and disc golf.
