I am a returning patient! Why? Because what was gone before was restored. They put me back together. The first time I had Tom Miller who got me back walking after a horrible issue post Covid. This time I have Kelly Duncan who seems to be just as spot on. I am already seeing improvement in my first week for a totally unrelated issue as the first time. As soon as I got injured, I asked to have Crestview Physical Therapy as my place for PT. I have TOTAL confidence in getting the best results possible.

Outstanding staff and very clean facility. I went into PT for a torn meniscus. I was not a candidate for surgery to repair due to other health issues. My orthopedic surgeon sent me to Crestview Physical Therapy to help strengthen my knee.. Tom Miller PT took my case. He set up a plan and worked with me. Tom's plan has helped me go from severe pain and using a walker to walking on my own with no assistance and my pain level has improved. I highly recommend Tom and his staff. They are AMAZING. 💫⭐️💫
