About

Family-friendly swimming facility featuring a water slide, basketball and a splash zone.

While specific temperatures for all recreational pools are not publicly listed, the 8-lane competition lap pool is noted to be heated, especially for swim lessons and water aerobics during cooler periods.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? This swimming facility is largely praised for being an affordable ($2 adult, $1 children) and accessible option for cooling off in Casa Grande. Reviewers highlight its amenities, including numerous lifeguards, floaties, swim lanes, a deep dive area, a slide, bathrooms with showers, and shaded seating. However, common criticisms include a strict and inconsistently enforced "no outside drinks" policy, which forces patrons to purchase expensive, often warm, water. Many also express frustration with the pool's operating hours, particularly its 12 noon opening time during extreme Arizona heat, suggesting it should open earlier like the accompanying splash pad, and its closure on Mondays.

Going to give it 5* cause my granddaughter loves going swimming but wish I could give it another set of stars like a 1, cause they want let you bring in your own drinks, glassware I understand but plastic water bottles I do not. Instead you have to purchase the hot 16oz water bottles they have there and last year only once out of like 15 times I took her did they have cold water. They also have double standards as my granddaughter had a yeti bottle of ice water and the kid taking our money told her she couldn't bring it in as I was returning from my truck saw 2 people in front of me with bottles of soda and he said nothing to them, when I told him he OH I didn't see them and I said they had them on your counters they paid you. No answer came back from him he just gave me the STINK EYE

This is only my point of view dropping someone off and only what I could see from the fence, so there may be more to it than meets the eye. It seems a little small but decent, and Casa Grande is lucky to have this with such easy and affordable access. Looks like a great place to cool off and have some summer fun.

It's affordable ($2 adult and $1 children), has lots of life guards, floaties for kiddos, swim lanes, a deep dive area (12 ft), & a slide. There's also bathrooms with showers & shaded areas with chairs.

6.14.21 114 degrees, there is a heat warning and pool does not open until 12 noon to general public. Insane!! That is really crazy. 12 noon to 5pm open swim.. good luck with that.. with radiation ..your government in true action. We can get 3 degree burns by then. The Pinal Health Dept should close you down for opening at the hottest part of the day. Closed every Monday ...we.heard you can't find lifeguards. Charge 5 bucks a resident and pay them 20 dollars to get out of bed. Think. We do love the free splash pad open at 7 am. That is when the pool should be open. This is Arizona..not Alaska.
