Just went and signed up for a month pass for $65 specifically to use the heavy bag. I have had a membership here off and on while I’m in town for a few years, only to do that. A lot to pay just to use the heavy bag but it’s convenient. After getting my membership I went to the bag and noticed it was different, not leather, and filled terribly with too much weight, and is hard as a rock. I noticed that the old, good leather bag was right next to the area so I decided to switch it out. Some other members noticed me and asked to help because they felt that the new bag was horrible as well. As we are trying to hang the new one, an employee burst out the door and yells at us from 20 feet away “Hey! What do you think you’re doing.” I said we are hanging the old one because the new one is horrible. Still from 20 feet away he yells back, “it’s broken, put the old one back” I then said don’t yell at me like I’m a kid, I’m a customer here so if you have something to say, come up to me like a human and say it nicely next to me like adults do. Still from 20 feet away he explained to me that he wasn’t yelling, this time calmly but still from 20 feet. I grabbed my gloves and went to the desk to cancel my membership that I had just paid for 5 minutes earlier and they told me I have to come back on Monday when a manager is in. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful employee. The guy at the front desk was great and I’m sure he is limited by what he is allowed to do but that was the easily the worst experience I’ve had at a gym. I’ve never written a review for any business in my life and it was so bad I felt obligated.

I used to enjoy this gym but lately as I have been paying attention, a LOT of people working out do not wipe off their machines when they are done using them. I have even spoken to the front desk and nothing has changed. If you want to workout on layers of others’ sweat, feel free to come here. I plan on finding a new gym that values their guests when my membership is up.

Love this gym! Appreciate that they are following CDC guidelines!! (Hand washing station, temperature checks, lots of sanitation bottles) Really like the outdoor area with its equipment, racks, and weights. The inside is huge with several rooms and all manner of cardio equipment, machines, racks, and weights.

You won’t find a gym with harder working owners than this one. This gym has fantastic amenities, is very clean, and in an amazing location. It’s, simply put, the best.

The gym has a nice friendly atmosphere, it has a very nice selection of machines. An outdoor area with a lap pool. It has all you need to better yourself. Very recommended.
