James, is very responsive via email and/or text. He came right out when I notified him my old pump of many years had seized up and sent me an estimate the same day. He installed our salt system last year and did a wonderful job! Thank you to you and your team!

Just want to give a big shout out to Moore Outdoor Pools and Spas!!!! They are by far the very best! I have been back in Moore County for almost 10 years. I have had several pool services. They don’t compare to Outdoor Pool. They are the most knowledgeable, kind, prompt and professional service I have experienced. If you need service in between your services they always accommodate. You can’t go wrong with the Best of the Best! Moore Outdoor Pools and Spas is definitely the way to go!!! Thank you for all you do for me!!!! My pool always looks pristine!

We had a saltwater pool installed in 2011 by another pool company in the area. They soon went out of business leaving us looking for someone new to provide services and repairs. Our neighbors recommended Moore Outdoors. They have been wonderful. James and Bryan have done many projects from burying a drain pipe to replacing a salt cell. Every project has been done on time and on budget. Phone calls are returned promptly. We even had a problem on Christmas Eve that James helped us resolve! If you are in need of a pool company, they will take care of you!

Moore Outdoors saved us last season when our previous pool company just stopped coming and we had to tackle caring for our pool ourselves. Their knowledge about pools and pool care is vast, and they were able to diagnose the problems we were having quickly. This year, we had them upgrade the filter system prior to opening, and they honored their quote from last year for the upgrade; they identified our cartridge filter system wasn't sufficient for keeping our pool consistently clean, while our previous pool company didn't. Moore Outdoors has been tremendously responsive and I'm glad we found them as our pool care company.

I had worked on my pool for 3 weeks and it still looked like a swamp. Finally decided to call in the experts and chose Moore Outdoors thru reviews and a card received in the mail. Spoke with James who gave me info on their products and step-by-step guidance on what to do. The products were no more expensive than what I would get elsewhere and I started treatment that day. By the next day, I could already see improvement in my pool. Following his expert advise, the pool was ready within 3 days. I called James back to report progress and to thank him, and he gave me further instructions....all this help... and all over the phone at no cost. Friendly service, great products, great advise, they have my business from now on.
