What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this establishment are largely negative, with several patrons reporting issues such as inaccurate closing times leading to very short visits, feeling overcharged, and a lack of prior notification or refunds. A significant number of complaints focus on the lifeguards' professionalism and conduct, describing them as rude, inconsistent in rule enforcement (yelling at well-behaved children while ignoring dangerous activities), and speaking disrespectfully to both children and adults. One serious concern involved a near-drowning incident where lifeguards were reportedly oblivious. Conversely, one positive review highlighted the place as a great spot for kids, noting that their daughter loved spending the summer there and appreciated the family activities offered, particularly given the limited options in the Parsons area.

It says close at 8 but closed at 5:30, we got there at 5. They were on break when we got there. We paid full price, didn’t say anything about closing early for a middle school party. We were only in the water for 15 minutes and they said they were closing. I feel like they could have refund or told us in the beginning about closing.
Too many rules. I'm a grow adult, I need some teenage telling me what do. So we there and paid and I got a lay out chair and (manager which at time didn't know)one staff member ask if I needed help which I said no. I carried it out then one of lifeguards yells I can't bring any more chairs out! Like what the hell, so I put it back, come to find out it getting ready to close about hour and half. The lazy lifeguard doesn't want to put it. If she had asked I put it back up before I left. Then she trying to tell me not swim with my niece in the deep. My niece is my Responsibility so I think I can choose where she goes she wasn't by herself I was right with her. I don't plan on going back. They close at 5 not 7.
I would not trust this place with your kids. My daughter nearly drowned last year and the life guards were totally oblivious about what was going on. Just be warned.
The lifeguards yelled at kids who were doing nothing, yet let kids who were shooting people in the face with water guns, running down the ramp into the pool, throwing balls near small children among other things, get away with it. The male lifeguard talked to the kids like they were trash and a female lifeguard had her eyes set on a few kids and ignored the rest. I wanted to spend a day at the pool with my grandchildren but left early because you couldnt look sideways without hearing the whistle and some teenager talk down to small children. My nephew was there last weekend and got hurt and was talked to like he was worthless. Hes 10. Sure isnt the place i remember. No way i would recommend going here.
My daughter spent all last summer here. She loves it. And they do a bunch of family activities. A great place for kids in parsons. And there isn't very many good places there.
