What are people saying (AI review summary)? The water park is overwhelmingly praised as a fantastic and family-friendly destination, offering a wide array of amenities including multiple pools, fun slides (some recently renovated), splash zones, a rock climbing wall, large sand play areas, and playgrounds. Reviewers consistently highlight the well-maintained facilities, the abundance of attentive and kind lifeguards, and reasonably priced, good quality food and snacks. Specific positive features mentioned include the ease of finding lounge chairs and a dedicated 15-minute adult swim period each hour. However, a significant point of dissatisfaction was the strict no-refund or transfer policy for unused, unactivated memberships, which some customers found inflexible and disappointing. Visitors should also be aware that the facility operates on a cash-only basis.

Wonderful day trip for the whole family. Beautiful playground, bathrooms, showers, several pools, slides, sand box, splash pad, etc. Fantastic facility. Lots and lots of lifeguards on duty.
I love this pool so much my kids and I love splashing around at the splash zone and riding down the fun slides and the prices are worth the fun you’ll have here, I definitely recommend this pool if you wanna have a great time with friends and family.
We signed up for a Cranberry Water Park at the end of May 2022. Our summer schedule ended up being so busy that we did not have the chance to activate our badges all summer, we did not use the park once. We realized that the Park issues no refunds or transfers but I called to inquire anyway, since we did not activate the badges. The Park likely has to account for all guests to determine how many people to hire for the summer, but I think it’s highly unlikely that so many families are signing up and not coming. The thing I’m most disappointed with aren’t the rules, but the fact that the excuse I was given is “that it’s complicated. We tried transferring funds during COVID and it got messy”. I think the Township should be a little more innovative, and modify there no exception policy. I think not activating a membership and not visiting the property should be an exception, or consider tax writes offs as a donation to them (because that’s essential what it ends up being).
There's several wonderful things here: the food and snacks are reasonably priced; the lounge chairs are first come first serve, and my group had over a dozen individus and finding chairs was easy (Friday early afternoon); life guards were attentive and kind ("hey sweetie, please don't run," or "hey, sorry but we don't let people hang on the bars."); and the 15 minute adult swim each hour was so nice (good for rehydrating, bathroom breaks with the kids, actually being able to swim a couple laps as an adult, etc). Great visit! Would love to go again, and I recommend it for families!
Great place, they made renovations a year or two ago so now there are 2 water slides and a rock climbing wall over the deep end. They still have the sprinkler splash zone and huge sand play area. The snack bar is pretty good - pizza was awesome. Fyi the place is CASH ONLY
