Worst experience with day camp communication. Brooke never calls you back, then if you ask to speak to the executive director the front desk says...Chris, doesn't handle calls or complaints. What! The kid at the front desk is absolutely clueless about daycamp, he didnt know they were at the park for pick up. I attempted to switch my daycamp 3 days for the week from M/W/F which was paid in full to W/T/F bc i was sick and again same kid at front desk said no. The same young man told me they were open on 7/4, nope closed, no refund. The man at front desk is clueless. Still never got my fob to check in bc hes clueless. Not sure if its him or lack of education to staff. So disappointed w this center.. no resolution yet. So 2 days of daycamp that were paid in full was not corrected due to this young mans lack of knowledge. No fob to check in and no call back for resolution. Still being charged inconsistent amounts weekly but again, no resolution. Always in a meeting. Very disappointing. Last, when i specifically asked for the director, i was told no. Chris does not take calls for complaints. Very very disappointing especially when the camp counselors are amazing. Camp counselors are the only reason i want my son to attend, they are great. Management needs an overhaul and front desk. Yep, i said what I said!

Signed up with family income, payed for half a month was not given a policy packet or anything at the time of sign up payed for half a month was not told about autopayments or that the card would be kept on file for autopay, I didn't approve for autopay because I wasn't told about nor had a policy book or was told, I was charged a late fee ontop of my payment (i dont keep alot of money on that card or i would of used a different if i was told! Also they dont do refunds of any kind! Went a handful of times and it seemed the front desk online scheduling and swim lessons weren't accurate for the pools being open and was either kicked out 30 mins in or had to stay and sit in a corner. Will not be going back at all or renewing there. We will be going elsewhere from here on out.

Great location. However, nobody seems to know the swim schedule nor if there is availability for people to swim. Went to swim, there were 3 people standing in the one lane and nobody was moving. I get in that lane and a coach tells me in a very arrogant tone just like a high school teacher that there is a class going on and that I need to get out of the lane. Meanwhile I have never been here before. I was told that at least 1 lane is open while there are events and thought that this was the lane. I will never be back and go to other locations.
