Many customers, particularly children, enjoy their visits, highlighting the friendly and helpful younger staff, clean bathrooms and changing areas, and the refreshing water. However, significant dissatisfaction exists regarding the strict no outside food or drink policy, which poses challenges for those with dietary restrictions and leads to criticism of the limited and sometimes poor quality of on-site food. Other major complaints include the pool being perceived as small and expensive, and a serious incident involving a car damaged by a large, unmarked hole in a commonly used parking area. The owner and some staff members were described as rude, ignorant, and unhelpful in addressing this issue, leading to a perception of a lack of care for customer safety and satisfaction.

The kids had a blast 😁 The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a fun little spot to cool off and relax!
I can't believe you can't bring bring food or drinks in. I understand grilling and alcohol beverages but give us a break. My daughter is food restricted and I have a friend that cannot have gluten so it sucks for them. A couple of days ago I was there with 2 of my grand babies 3yrs. and 14mos. Went up to get them fries and nuggets well they weren't doing fried food so I got two barely warm hot dogs the buns they wouldn't eat. If you say you have food there to purchase then you should have food there that everybody can eat and that includes ALL the food on the menu not enough people there is a cop out. All you are doing is causing people to sneek food in, which I have seen. Well that is only one part of my rant but that is for another day. The kids really do love to go there and as long as they want to go swim there we will go.
The pool is decent a little small and the price for it is way too expensive. I had a family member have an issue here with the owner. Be careful if parking near the entrance of the pool. The yard that people park in right next to the pool is NOT their property but they're too lazy to put any kind of sign or anything to say not to park there. A family member of mine ended up having her front end of her car ripped off from a huge hole that's in that area in the yard and it's hard to notice. Trying to help others not park there I asked for them to put something over the hole to warn other people but they would not do anything. The life guard was rude and the owner was very ignorant. After a long argument with a couple different people trying to get something done about it nothing was done. The owner and workers don't care for their customers. The owner knows people park in that area but does nothing about that huge hole. Nobody even apologized for the car getting messed up by the hole. The owner was too worried about defending himself. Greensburg has a great pool with better slides and the people there are so nice and respectful. Stick to them it's way better!
This pool has the wettest water I have ever experienced. While in this pool my body was overwhelmed with moisture and I was left refreshed and envigorated. The towels were the driest, and as soft as Egyptian cotton. For a quaint river town to have a luxury establishment as this fine pool it is exuberant. I'd give 6.9 stars if I could.
This is the first year I started coming here. My kids love it and so do I. The workers are all younger from what i I could tell but they were all helpful and polite. The bathroom/changing area are always clean and stalled.
