Yes, it’s an older resort that needs updating. But it was an affordable option at the last minute with a central location. It had lovely facilities and was very quiet; in a nice area off the main road. And despite it being dated it was extremely clean, had everything you would need if you had a family vacationing with you. We were upgraded to a one bedroom two story two full bath townhouse which could easily accommodate a family of four. There was a small deck in the back with a table and chairs, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Check-in was very easy with no surprises. I would highly recommend as an affordable option for a family or couple. We didn’t really use the pool or other facilities but they looked clean and very nice. Just needs to be updated.

Our family stayed for a week. We stayed in the presidential suites. 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen with a mini washer and dryer. It was wonderful! Really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs! We were on the 3rd floor. No elevators. No room service. Have to take care of your own things. It was ok. I wish there was free breakfast for my 3 teenagers! We had a great time! We would definitely visit again!🙂

We're you can relax and not worry about normal hotel mishaps. I do feel you need to bring back a discount for members and keep up better with appliance maintenance. It's my family's favorite getaway. There's so much to do and if anything does happen, the resort staff is on top of it. It's so beautiful up there, and I love to see how it's slowly improving over the years. The mini golf area looks great!

Indoor pool and hot tub are closed the week for maintenance. The sauna was not hot.The fitness center is small. I called for a shower chair and bath mat. Both items were promptly delivered.I was able to be moved to a handicap unit. There are few free activities. We were able to play "free" BINGO. The laundromat was complimentary and open 24 hours. Our needs were met . I recommend Oak N Spruce . Our stay was peaceful.

4 stars because the rooms could use some updating. We came years ago and happy to be back w the kids. Very family friendly. Apparently dog friendly too. Beautiful scenic area, lots of outdoor activities. Ammentities here include indoor game room and activities for kids to pass time on rainy days.
