Gym offering classes in the pool, plus basketball courts, tennis courts, and weights.
The EDGE Aquatic Center includes three heated pools: a six-lane, 25-yard lap pool typically maintained at 79-81°F, a warm-water therapy pool maintained at 90-92°F, and a kids' splash pool maintained at 88-90°F.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The gym generally receives positive feedback for its welcoming atmosphere, clean facilities, and a wide range of amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, racquetball, and tennis courts. Staff members like Serena are highly praised for their expertise and personalized help with physical issues, and customer service, such as Deb's prompt handling of refunds, is noted as excellent. However, significant concerns were raised regarding operating hours, particularly on weekends and holidays, which are considered too short and lead to missed workouts. Another area for improvement is the management of a large group of pickup players on Monday nights who tend to dominate the gym space and cause conflicts with other members, suggesting a need for better staff monitoring or court reservation policies for such groups.

so the gym is really fun, i have never had issues with staff or members and its generally really welcoming, but i have one issue. the times when its open kinda suck. its open from 9-5 on sundays and 9-6 on saturdays. but on week days its usually 9 am to 9 pm which is fine i guess. the gym also closes super early on holidays which also sucks. im talking like from 9 am to 2 pm. if your fine with having to the skip the gym here and there because of the edge's closing times then its a 5 star gym. but sometimes i have missed the gym because of it and im very stubborn when it comes to hitting the gym often. for me its a 3 star, if it was open longer or u could just use a keycard to access the gym that would make it a 5 star.
I have numerous joint and muscle issues and Serena has been a tremendous help with all of them. She is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to individual needs. I recommend her without reservation.
My kids took swim lessons here a few years back. Recently we went to see about open/public swim. Front desk girls were very polite, building was clean and well kept. There was some miscommunication about a few details and I ended up needing a refund for a day pass. Although I did need to reach out to management about it, Deb responded to me very promptly, and getting the refund was not a hassle. 5 stars for excellent follow up and customer service. Will recommend to others.
Mostly good, there's a crowd of 15+ pickup players that sort of takes over the gym on Monday nights and treats other people there pretty badly. Seen multiple incidents with players in that group and parents getting into arguments due to collisions with players and kids trying to play on the other side of the court. The desk staff should do a better job of monitoring that group or asking them to reserve gym time for it instead of just allowing them to take over. Rest of the time it's a good place to play and workout.
Excellent Gym and one of the few gyms that has everything. A swimming pool, sauna, racquetball, tennis and many more activities.
