Room was decent but we paid extra to stay here to utilize the waterpark which was part of the cost of the room - over $200 per night. Water slides were closed due to staffing shortages and pool closed for 30 minutes an by hour and a half after opening.When I went to the front desk to inquire if another lifeguard was coming in, I was rudely told that they didn’t know anything. No even blanket I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will not be staying here again. Casino staff and restaurant staff were both pleasant but for what the hotel charges they are not delivering.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. Our bathroom was dirty, there was mold along the bathtub. There was hair on the made up sheets. Our refrigerator had old milk in it. After walking on on our carpet my socks were black. We asked for an extra chair for the table and were told none were available. No microwave in the room.The breakfast was ridiculous. Only cereal, bread and waffles. No options for restricted diets. Not even fruit or oatmeal. The coffee machine did not work. On a positive note the manager of the Buffy’s Cafe was exceptionally nice and very apologetic for their lack of options. The lobby are outside the dining area had the same squashed giant dead bug both mornings we were there. It is sad to see a nice well run hotel fall this deeply. Maybe because they “make no money “ at the casino?

There's not very much around other than a gas station unless you want to driver 10+ minutes down the road. The pool snack bar literally served us cold cheese and chili on our chili cheese dog and I was shocked to learn you have to get out of the water every hour and a half for 30 minutes for the lifeguards to have a break. In my opinion it's okay but definitely not worth my money. Then my husband and I ordered two hamburgers at the casino and they didn't cook the meat all the way to the point where it was pink and cold on the inside, I took it down there and they remade it but didn't give me my fries back. Overall it was kind of a terrible experience for us. Never again!

Awesome waterpark for kids and adults of all ages. Very helpful staff everywhere. Shrimp fettuccine made from scratch and fire roasted chicken dinner from Restaurant were absolutely delicious!!!! Clean rooms. Cool birds and nests as you are walking in to entrance. First time here with my grandson. 5 stars so far. We are getting ready to check out the arcade.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Front desk ladies were super nice and helpful. Our key wouldn’t work when walking to our room the first time and had a young gentlemen help us and brought back a new card and wristbands. We ended up having a bulb out in our room and maintenance had it fixed within 10 mins. The staff was the highlight of our stay this trip!
