Extremely knowledgeable staff, Todd was great! He took the time to listen, show multiple options and went through every detail necessary about the tub from operation to water care. He gave us a list of local electricians for the wiring and even took care of the warranty paperwork. The install team was prompt and very professional. Once the tub was set up they take the time to reiterate water treatment and answer all questions. The business offers continued support after install and make everything extremely easy from a customer's stand point. They do offer a valet service as well where they will come out and take care of everything for you so you dont need to do anythng except jump in and enjoy. Great business to deal with and highly recommend to anyone that is in the market to buy.

Although the travel fee was a bit steep, the service Richard and Matt provided was beyond acceptable. Matt arrived on time, found the leak in seconds, replaced the piece, and was saying his goodbye to me within 40 minutes. Impressive. Richard is so understanding and willing to help solve problems. His professionalism and knowledge of his products were so amazing that he was easy to trust. I'm not hoping to need their services again, but if so, I know I'm in good hands. Thank you both so much. buying our third hot tub from Great Bay and sauna was an excellent experience from our sales representative, Brandon, helping us decide which hot tub was going to suit us the best to the installation guys who are efficient and very good at their install. It has been a pleasant experience and we love the hot tub

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being high pressure. He was able to arrange prompt delivery and installation of our new indoor sauna, which we really enjoy. He also provided great followup and support for operating questions. The Portsmouth location had a large show room, which facilitated our decision. We would return to this vendor for any future purchase.
