What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility generally receives high praise for its clean, well-kept, and spacious pools, which include separate areas ideal for both training and lessons, catering to various ages and skill levels. Many reviewers commend the competitive pricing, the high quality of swim lessons, and the friendly, approachable lifeguards and staff, with specific praise for instructors who make learning fun and encourage hesitant swimmers. However, a significant negative experience details a very rude encounter with a specific front desk/pool staff member during a child's birthday party, where an unnecessary enforcement of rules led to a meltdown for a child with special needs and caused considerable distress. Minor feedback also notes occasional difficulty reaching staff by phone, although calls are typically returned.

Nice clean well kept pool, great prices compared to everything else and other swimming areas. The lessons are top notch and the staff is great! They aren’t to best at picking up the phone but i’ve always gotten a call returned at some point.
There is a women with a sandy blonde mullet and glasses that they have working the front desk and the pool. She was rude to us the second we walked in for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. While my husband and I were setting up for her party, promptly at 2pm my mom brought her down to the pool as we was very excited for her mermaid party. This rotten women forced my 5 YEAR OLD out of the pool to hear her 10 minute speech on the rules. News flash lady, my 5 year year does not care. Then when my daughter started to cry she was like “oh well I guess she can get back in the pool. Ummmm ya, I paid $120 to be here and have my daughter swim on her god damn birthday. My daughter is on the spectrum and has a very hard time with transitions. She had a meltdown for 20 minutes because she was scared to get back into the pool after that lady made her get out so quickly. Which was completely unnecessary. I received a paper of the rules and instructions prior to her party, we knew the rules. If you cannot meet children where they are at and are on such a POWER TRIP you should absolutely not be working around children. She made my child, and my entire family uncomfortable and was absolutely rude. I will be speaking to the manager or director about this because her behavior WAS NOT OKAY.
Much better than i expected! The pool is super big, its not overly packed, super nice life guards, and very clean bathroom/locker rooms! I will be coming again :D
I dove in and wasn't supposed to. Sorry. Had been years since I was in a pool. Stage five CKD. My bad everyone.
Love the double pool. One is sized for training and competing, the other is perfect for lessons, and getting young kids comfortable in the water. The lifeguards are friendly, kind and approachable. My daughter is in swim lessons, she's normally very cautious about new things. Her teacher is doing a phenomenal job pushing her to try new things, but making it super fun! After her first lesson, my daughter said,"I felt scared, but I was being brave. Do I get to come back tomorrow?" Thank you, Miss Rowan! If you are looking for a pool in the kelso/ longview area, this one is high quality!
