What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this gym are mixed. Positives include a friendly staff, a strong community of regulars, and a wide array of amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools (with slides), hot tubs, a steam room, sauna, and a well-equipped gym with a snack bar that serves beer, making it a good option for families. However, significant negatives include weekend closing hours perceived as too early (6 PM), a complicated and unreasonable membership cancellation process requiring a written letter, high guest fees ($15 even for children), and excessively loud music in certain areas which staff are unwilling to adjust. There are also strong criticisms regarding the ownership's rude and defensive responses to negative online reviews.

I like this gym. Same group of regulars and friendly staff. Been working out here for about two years. Just realized they close very early on the weekends. Life gets in the way sometimes and I really wanted to spend my evening at the gym on this particular day. My only complaint is the weekend hours. Closing at 6 pm feels too early. Would love to see hours return to pre-COVID times so members can fit in evening workouts.
Great place for the whole family. Outside pool during the summer with three slides, one designed for younger children, inside pool, 2hot-tubs inside and outside, steam-room and sauna. Fully equipped with weights and equipment, snack bar, and they even serve beer.
Place sucks. Ridiculous to cancel your membership you have to go to the website, and write them a letter explaining why you want to cancel. Not sure why I need to explain myself. This should be as simple as calling. Not to mention it’s 15$ to bring someone with you: and $15 for CHILDREN TOO. Look around at other gyms. This place sucks.
Been coming here around 5 times a week for a while. My girlfriend has been coming here for years. Come in on a Saturday to hit Chest. Go to the back area of the gym where all the benches are. Music Is so loud we can't talk to each other and can hear the music through our noise cancelling earbuds. The same earbuds I use for hearing protection when working construction. Girlfriend is getting super overstimulated from the music. I go and ask if they could please turn the music down it's way too loud by the benches. "No sorry that would turn it down for the rest of the gym". Girlfriend ends her workout and goes grocery shopping because of how loud the music is. If the music is anything more than a background noise with no earbuds in it is too loud. This seriously ticked me off, I understand if the staff want to listen to music while working at the front desk but they need an independent system they can control the sound of. No one wants to hear the gym music through their earbuds while working out. Even worse when the music was very depressing. She's been a loyal member for years, this should not have happened. I am more than willing to change or remove the review if the issue is fixed.
Wow, I’m glad I looked reviews before trying this place. It wasn’t so much the bad reviews, but the excuses from ownership (many incredibly rude). I mean if a number of people say it’s dirty and the response is “no it’s not, we always clean”! Sounds like it’s run by toddlers. I’m sure I’ll get a typically rude response from them, but I don’t let those types affect me.
