What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, with significant negative feedback regarding safety policies and incident management, alongside some positive comments. Several patrons express deep dissatisfaction with a policy requiring 'clear' infant floaties, which are reportedly unavailable, forcing parents into what they perceive as less safe alternatives for infants, despite allowing other non-clear items like boogie boards. This policy is seen as impractical and inconsistent, leading to feelings of frustration and a waste of money, particularly for those who travel long distances. Another major point of contention stems from an incident where police were called and trespass letters were issued to young men after one of them, mistaking a lifeguard's age, asked for her number. Despite police confirming no wrongdoing and the immediate backing off upon learning her age, the facility's response is described as disproportionate, humiliating, unfair, and potentially biased, particularly by a Nepali family who felt targeted. Conversely, one review praises the facility for its good price, well-maintained facilities, and overall enjoyable experience on a hot day, expressing an intent to return.

Infant floaties are not allowed anymore unless they are clear! The audacity! I’ve never seen a clear infant floaty and they couldn’t tell us where to get one and the baby isn’t big enough for arm floaties. So now we have to play pass the baby just for the baby to enjoy the pool because normal infant floats will get you kicked out if they are not CLEAR! Lifeguards were no help they didn’t care to help us for a 1 year old. Apparently being safe in an infant floaty isn’t allowed but a baby slipping through your hands while in the pool is apparently safer. Boogie boards and noodles are allowed and they aren’t clear. The reasoning we were told is because it takes up too much space and the life guards can’t see the bottom of the pool. This makes sense for adults but as a parent, infants need to be safe too and this was not worth the money until infants can be safe I won’t waste my money and it’s a shame because it such a nice pool and my kids love it and I travel two hours to come here. Image below shows some that aren’t allowed.
My friend asked a lifeguard for her number, honestly thinking she was our age. When she told him she was a minor, he immediately backed off and felt bad. There was no bad intention at all. Despite this, staff called the police after we had left. We were pulled over, but the police confirmed our story matched what happened and that no wrongdoing occurred. Still, the whole incident was blown way out of proportion. Being treated like suspects over an honest mistake was humiliating and unnecessary. The way this was handled felt unfair and possibly biased. I hope this place reviews how they respond to situations like this in the future with more understanding and better communication
Zero stars if i could. I was with my nephews and young kids the entire time during this incident, and I am deeply disappointed and angry with how this was handled. As the adult in the group, I saw everything firsthand. There was no inappropriate behavior, no harassment, and nothing that should’ve led to police being called — especially when the girl and the group barely interacted beyond a simple misunderstanding. What upsets me more is that, two days later, my nephew and his friend received a trespass letter — even though one of them wasn’t directly involved and the issue was cleared up on the spot by police, who said no wrongdoing happened. This kind of one-sided action is not just unfair — it feels targeted. As a Nepali family, it’s heartbreaking to see young brown men treated like threats over a situation that never escalated. Instead of communication, they got punished. No one asked to hear their side, and now their reputation is affected for no reason. This place failed to show understanding, fairness, or basic human decency. As someone who saw it all, I expected better — especially from a space meant to be safe and inclusive for families.
My nephew took my two kids, my husband, and his friend to the pool for a normal family day. A misunderstanding happened, and even the police confirmed nothing wrong occurred. Everyone’s stories matched, and they were cleared. To clarify, my nephew didn’t ask for the girl’s number—his friend did, after the girl approached them about my little cousin not being able to swim alone. The friend thought she was their age, and everything happened in public with many people around. There was no harassment or chasing. Yet, days later, only my nephew and his friend received trespass letters. Not my husband or anyone else there. This makes no sense and feels unfair. Punishing young people for an honest mistake with no wrongdoing is unacceptable. This situation has hurt my family deeply. The management should rethink how they handle such situations. Innocent people shouldn’t be punished or treated like criminals over a misunderstanding.
Came here Saturday. This is the second time I have been here and you can't beat the price to come here for the day and enjoy the facilities this place has to offer. They do a great job of maintaining it. Can't beat a hot summer day without jumping in the pool. Will be back!
