What are people saying (AI review summary)? This recreational facility receives mixed reviews. Many patrons praise it as a cool, free place for families, offering shaded areas, lounge chairs, a picnic area, a splash pad for younger children, and a pool for older kids, along with a snack shack. One reviewer appreciated the quick response to a 'chemical contamination' for safety. However, there are significant negative experiences reported, including theft of personal belongings like backpacks, shoes, money, and scooters. Some express a desire for an entry fee to enhance security. Another major point of contention is inaccurate website information, leading to disappointment when facilities advertised as open for general use were only available for lap swimming, especially for families planning birthday celebrations. Management's response to complaints was also noted as unsatisfactory. The deepest part of the pool is 5 feet, and some wish for membership options.

Very Chill, enjoyed myself until a "chemical contamination" sent everyone home. Which is superb -customer service- in a sense 🤷‍♂️so 5 stars for safety of everyone.

Cool free place to cool off. There are shaded areas with lounge chairs and also a picnic area. Kids loved it!

My kids went swimming today and their backpack got stolen along with a pair of shoes and money. Some other kids got their scooters stolen. Watch out for your stuff. The town is definitely changing. I would much rather pay an entry fee then just have anyone walk in.

Seriously disappointed! Website said that the pool was open and the splash pad was open. Got the kids out of school early for our son’s birthday ordered pizza to be told when we got there that they are only open to lap swimming! Where are the pools in our community for homeschool students? Was told that we can take them to a lake to swim? What lake the most polluted lake (Watson) in Arizona that doesn’t allow swimming or the other one that was drained to fix the dam that won’t fill for a couple years? Ridiculous management as well as I said I would like to file a complaint and she said that I must have been looking at google and that my conversation was as good as a compliant.

This is a great pool to take kids of any age. They have a nice big splash pad for the little ones and a nice size pool for the older kids. Lots of place for the adults to sit in the shade. They have a snack shack and eating area. Nice place to take the kids. Downside: Wish they had a membership. Sidenote; This is not a dive pool. The deepest end is 5 feet according to the lifeguard.
