The stars are for the staff. The equipment and entire feel is outdated and the up keep is obviously not done. The heated sauna has been out of order for the last 3 months. No ETA of when it’s getting fixed. The sauna’s and hot tub are constantly down with some type of problem.

UPDATE::: CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP DUE TO THE DAILY SWIM CLASSES TAKING OVER THE ENTIRE POOL & BEING SAME TIME AS MY WORKOUT TIME... WAY TOO MUCH INTERFERENCE WITH MY GYM EXPERIENCE!!! 3/19/25 I've been a member for the past year. The staff is very friendly. It's dated but kept clean. My main reason for joining was the pool and spa area. Having my knee repaired, the pool is a good place to stay mobile without stress on joints. Unfortunately, the time that I go to the gym coincides with the swim lessons school. From Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings, the swim school is teaching classes to lots and lots of small children. A new class every half hour between 4 to 6. It's very loud and busy with kids and parents. They give private lessons anytime, as well. Also, the pool for members use during this time is cut to 1/3 of the pool. When the cover is off in the summer, the sound is not too bad, but when the cover is on, it's just too loud! Most members using the pool avoid this time of the day, but unfortunately for me, it's my time to work out. The spa area is very dated, but for the most part, it works. I visit the East Greenwich location when I want to use the machines and attend classes as the times work better for me. Overall, it is a friendly place to work out.

The locker room is creepy ! Inappropriate behavior and the management doesn't care not a kid or family friendly place !They canceled my membership because I complained about inappropriate behavior in the locker room too many times ! This place is disgusting only good thing about this place is the staff at the front desk and they are puppets! I hope nobody get assaulted in that locker room!

My problem is the accessibility for handicapped. No handicap changing room with bars, bench, tiolet and shower. No chair lift for the pool. I love the pool and the staff but i need the HP assistance

Great gym. Just enough of the right equipment to get the job done. Everyone on the staff is friendly and my fellow gym members are welcoming. This gym does a great job keeping things clean - I’ve never had an issue with dirty equipment. Some of these reviews are disingenuous - I legit saw staff just a few days ago wiping down the tread mills and making their way to the weight room. I’ve been having great work outs no problem here.
