Public pool featuring waterslides, a diving board, and a kiddie pool, plus concessions.
Specific pool temperatures for City Park Swimming Pool are not consistently advertised or publicly available. As a typical outdoor public pool, it is generally unheated or primarily warmed by sun exposure, maintaining a comfortable temperature suitable for seasonal swimming.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews present a mixed bag of experiences. Positives include attentive and well-trained lifeguards, ease of finding the location, and comfortable water temperature (after an initial chill). However, significant negative feedback centers on the admission process, specifically the confusing 'block' system that often requires multiple payments for a full day's swim, contradicting advertised session times. A particularly poor experience involved a birthday party where reserved tables were not marked, leading to them being taken by others, and staff handling the situation rudely, refusing refunds, and making the party guests responsible for clearing tables. There was also a hygiene concern raised about patrons with open wounds. While one customer reported a positive resolution and full refund for their issue, the admission system and customer service for events appear to be major points of contention.

Easy to find, water was chilly when you first got in then it was perfect. Lifeguards were attentive to all surroundings. Great day!!!
Apparently, they’re letting people in this pool that have open wounds all over their body. This was a horrible site to see in the bathroom. Why would you go to a community pool when you have open wounds all over your body?
Lifeguards are very well trained and pay close attention. Pool admission is sold in “blocks”, while the sign out front advertises for a 5 hour session. We paid admission and we’re only able to swim for 30 minutes because the block ended. And additional admission block was necessary to swim 3-5:00.
It was stupid u go for 2 hours and u pay then at 2:30 they fully kick u out and make u pay again from 3:00 to 5:30 so u have to pay twice for a day
Update: Pueblo Parks & Rec has made the situation right and given a full refund. Updating from 1 to 5 stars as this was all figured out. My sister paid $400 to have my nieces birthday party there. All that gets you is the 4 covered tables. So essentially you're paying $100 per table. She called 30 min before opening to confirm the reservation again and they told her it was all good. We get there at opening and they never put anything up to indicate the tables were reserved so obviously people went in and swooped the tables up immediately. We ended up being able to secure 1 of the tables (which btw was broken and we had to have someone stay seated on both sides so it didn't tip over). When my sister asked how they were going to fix the situation, they told her all sales are final and there was nothing they could do. Later they had someone come out and kick the people next to us out so we could have 2 tables (this was so embarrassing) and then handed us the 4 reserved signs.. as if we had to kick everyone else out ourselves. It was all handled so poorly. After a while we decided the two tables was fine, we didn't want to kick a ton of people out, but they refused to give even a partial refund. Then after we were already there for over an hour, they came out and kicked everyone else off the tables.. again so rude and makes us look rude.. all because they didn't want to give the refund. But then a storm rolled in and we all had to leave anyway. I understand the weather isn't their fault but the way this was handled is crazy. $400 is so much money. They owe her $200 back minimum. They were all rude and unprofessional. Just don't have your party here. Not worth it at all.
