Family-friendly facility featuring a pool with a warm-water area and a lap pool, plus a gym.
The facility typically maintains specific temperatures for its different aquatic areas. The lap pool is generally kept between 82-84°F (28-29°C), the leisure/recreation pool is warmer, usually ranging from 88-90°F (31-32°C), and the hot tub is maintained at a higher temperature of approximately 102-104°F (39-40°C).
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility is generally regarded as a valuable community asset, popular year-round, especially for families with children who enjoy the warmer and colder pools. It also offers an exercise room, and staff are described as helpful and friendly. A family pass is considered affordable at $20. However, several significant downsides were noted: the locker rooms are often cold and uncomfortable, open swim hours are unclear and limited, which is particularly challenging for individuals with disabilities who rely on swimming for exercise. Some adult aerobic instructors are perceived as aggressive about pool space, and a strict capacity limit of 34 people often makes weekend visits difficult, leading to suggestions for an online capacity counter to avoid wasted trips.

My kids LOVE coming here whenever we visit Pullman. There is a warmer pool and a colder lap pool. There's also an exercise/weight room for adults. You have to pay to visit the pool but it's worth it. Family pass is only $20. I enjoy reading the scores of Pullman High School students who have gotten certain times on different swimming styles and lengths. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
A great asset to our community, a popular place for so many activities year round.
The locker room is a cold 🥶 uncomfortable place to be. I’d rather go home in wet clothes and change there.
Open swim hours are unclear, adult aerobic teachers are aggressive about their class / open swim times and pool space. I'm disappointed that I bought a monthly pass. As I am disabled and swim, it is the only exercise I can do. Scheduling for open swim weekday mornings open swim is 15 min before 11 am and 30 mins before closing for the afternoon. If you like evenings, 2 hours open swim from 6-8 pm .
Only 34 allowed in the whole pool area, despite the large pool not have one person in it. Weekends are impossible, they should put a counter online so you don't waste time going to the facility when it's full. Otherwise enjoyable and for place to have a patty
