Lovely lazy days by this gated community pool. Very clean. Warm salted water.

Pool, billiards, workout facilities, TV, reading area, though the wifi needs upgrading for expanded coverage & bandwidth it's an excellent example of community & ability to get to know your neighbors, their friends & family. Membership has its privileges... ;) Of course, I'd never buy a home in an HOA. Anything goes wrong it's your insurance that has to pay for their negligence. Girlfriend's car got a dent in the roof cause the 'manager' of the HOA didn't 'have the funds' for the regular tree care for five months. Had to take the coconuts down myself to prevent either vehicle from being damaged further, yet they did a horrible job installing a new gate system which damaged the other vehicle. The only satisfaction I got out of 2 damaged vehicles is knowing what a scumbag the management company of the HOA is & that fraud & embezzlement charges are being invested... I'll definitely be at that arraignment!

Bella vida is a wonderful gated community. Amazing neighbors, beautiful houses, and pride in community. Club house isn't impressive, but the house design makes up for the lack.

In a nice quiet private community. Pool and kiddie pool are a nice size, however they will need a little refurbishing for perfection.
