This whole concept is really great and just a short drive away. The day passes are a bit pricey and their refund policy is bulletproof (no refunds for any reason!). We had my teenage son’s birthday party there and rented a cabana. Highly recommend paying extra for shade/umbrellas. We tried the kayak and paddleboard and the kids enjoyed jumping off the blow-ups. Swim up bar is a cool option!
Wow! What a difference a few weeks makes. Shout out to the staff at Brightwater Lagoon for making my birthday so special! Special shout out to the new food service manager Steve, he made sure all my guests were having a great time! Will definitely be back!!
I had so much fun here with my friends! Definitely buy tickets ahead of time because when we got there they were already sold out for the day. The obstacle course in the water was super fun but my favorite part was the swim up bar. Our bartender was great and made upside down pineapple shots and they were amazzzinnng!
If you don’t want to waste your time and money, don’t come here. We came on vacation and decided to visit, paying $40 per person for admission. To our surprise, the $40 only gets you access to a very small part of the pool. Everything else—chairs, tables, pools, kayaks (which are very few for the price)—is not included. If you want to use the only small inflatable in the pool, you must pay an extra $15. If you want kayaks, cabanas, loungers, or anything else, you also have to pay extra. That, to me, is robbery. When you pay an admission fee, you should be able to access the amenities. I understand that cabanas and VIP loungers cost extra, but the rest should be included—especially for $40 per person. Otherwise, charge $5 or $15 for entry and let people decide what extras to pay for. We left feeling completely scammed. In our state, there’s a park with a massive water park full of giant slides and pools, plus a theme park just as big and varied, and for only $46 you get access to everything in both parks. So if you’re visiting Florida, Cape Coral, or even if you live here, my advice is: DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
This review is in particular to Cody!! Bright water was spectacular my kids loved every minute of it. We rented the vip aqua cabana and loved the privacy but also all the included activities was such a great price for everything we got! The lifeguards were fantastic and so good with my nine and five year-old they even mentioned how much they loved the workers and extremely safe area. I would highly recommend thank you Cody and all the amazing staff
