What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews paint a mixed picture, often highlighting the facility's family-friendly environment and amenities, but also pointing out significant inconsistencies in staff behavior. Many reviewers praise it as an excellent spot for younger children, featuring a gradual-entry pool, various slides (including one for toddlers), a lily pad course, and attentive lifeguards. Some specifically noted positive improvements in staff conduct regarding accessibility for children with special needs. Positive aspects include clean changing rooms, lockers, a large parking lot, and the allowance of personal infant flotation devices. However, a significant negative experience describes abhorrent and disrespectful treatment from staff and some customers, a complete lack of communication regarding facility access (potentially due to a private event), and concerns about poor management, lack of professionalism, and even potential discrimination. Minor drawbacks include the absence of dedicated RV/travel trailer parking and no specific nursing room (though a family changing room is available).

Last year we spent most of the day getting reprimanded by the lifeguards because my autistic granddaughter was too slow getting all the way out of the slide pool area even though she was nowhere near in the way. It takes her little extra time to do just about everything because of her condition. Today the lifeguards were pretty decent. No issues. Everybody was having a great time. Great to see improvement.
What a awesome place to take younger kids! Have a 2 & 5 year old, lots of room and a fun slide for them as well. Love the face the pool goes from 0 - deep gradually. Changing rooms are clean and have lockers with keys for a quarter. Good staff from what interaction we had.
The staff and many of the customers at this pool are some of the most abhorrent individuals we've encountered. My sister came here today with her son to go swimming, and she was treated with complete disrespect. A woman approached her in an uncalled-for, rude manner, telling her they couldn't be there — without any proper explanation or courtesy. My sister is an incredibly kind person who would have left without issue if she had been spoken to respectfully. Unfortunately, due to poor management, lack of communication, and terrible customer service, multiple people at the facility joined in, speaking to her rudely and making her feel completely unwelcome. I don’t want to speculate, but I have to wonder if this treatment had anything to do with our Indigenous background — and I sincerely hope that’s not the case, because that would be an entirely different issue. If you’re hosting swimming lessons or any private events, it is your responsibility to inform guests clearly. You cannot assume every customer is aware of your schedule. This was an unacceptable way to run a business, and I hope you take the time to speak with your staff about how they treat people. We also have video proof of the incident. As someone who works in customer service myself, I would never let my standards drop so low as to treat someone this way. There is clearly no standard for quality or professionalism here. Basic respect, clear communication, and human decency should be the bare minimum — yet none of that was shown. If this is how paying customers are treated, I worry for anyone else who walks through those doors expecting a safe and welcoming environment, especially in a place meant to be welcoming to families and children.
*very family friendly *no RV parking *Great summer spot There were lots of lifeguards here who were all doing a good job doing their job. No one was on phones or distracted, which i appreciated very much. The main pool has two areas, a kid beach area and a deeper area. There is also a little Lilly pad type thing for older kids to cross with a overhead rope bridge, and a couple water slides! Theres even a little kid waterslide in the shape of a dinosaur! I was allowed to use my own infant flotation device. They have a family changing room, which makes it easy for big families, families with young kids, and solo parents (like me) to easily towel off and change themselves and the whole crew. There is not a nursing room, though you could use the family changing room as one if you really needed. The parking lot is large with tons of parking, however there is no RV or travel trailer parking available
We swam for hours, what a great place! The lifeguards were all amazing! 👏👏
