What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool is generally described as a decent but small neighborhood pool, suitable for hot days, and includes a small kiddie pool. Patrons appreciate the snack shack for its good options and fair prices. Positive aspects mentioned include the pool's cleanliness and the friendly lifeguards, with kids generally having a good time. However, common complaints revolve around the scarcity of lounge chairs and a restrictive policy against children using their own swim toys. A significant concern raised is an allegation of racial discrimination, where a person of color and another family of color were denied entry or told the pool was closed due to a thunderstorm, only for a white family to be observed entering shortly thereafter.
Reviews
The pool is nice but a little small. There is also a small kiddie pool. They no longer have the diving board. They have what they call "adult swim" which lasts roughly 20 minutes. There snack shack has good options/choices to choose with decent prices. They definitely need to have more lounge chairs available. There is never enough of them. Since the pool has nothing built in for the kids to play with they need to allow the kids to play with their own swim toys but they DON'T allow that most of the time.
Great place to swim and layout. Kids have a blast. Nice neighborhood pool. Clean, snack shack great, nice lifeguards!
I a person of color went to this pool with my daughter to cool off a bit. I bought the entry but we couldn’t even get in the pool cause it started to thunderstorm. The people who work there said we had to wait 30 minutes. We waited the 30 minutes and they said the pool was closed. I sat in my car for a bit after that and I saw that they also probably said the same thing to another POC family. Only a couple of Minutes after I saw a white family entering the pool.
Decent pool, kinda small but it works for a hot day
Kind of a small pool but I enjoyed it. No longer a diving board. Snack shack with fair pricing.
