First time staying here. Excellent government rate. Limited complimentary breakfast in the morning. Rooms are basic and clean. Towels were changed daily but beds not truly made. Needed to ask for an iron and ironing board as mine was missing.

Attended outdoor concert at Treasure Island and this time, gambled about an hour, enjoyed concert (7 to 11:00pm), and then enjoyed leaving for quiet and quaint Hastings. Great time. Grandstay is a fine hotel, perfect size, 3 stories with elevator, pool open early & late, free breakfast is nice...I poured the applesauce package over waffle & it was delicious. Friendly staff and guests as well. Room was clean, with small microwave, coffeemaker & very cold fridge/freezer. Nice that the community can pay for & use the pool...very nice of Grandstay to offer that locally. On Sunday morning, we had pool to ourselves & it was very nice pool & atmosphere. Know that on the day you're checking out, you'll need to ask staff to open pool door, which is about 10 steps away. It's for safety so they don't worry about activating a card for the whole day. We will do concerts like this again! Saved at least $100 or more from staying onsite at TI. We have stayed at TI & enjoyed (especially for indoor concerts/bad weather), but nice to have options!

Very friendly staff. The room was impeccably clean. We usually like the comfort of a Hilton or Hyatt. This hotel was easily on that level. We had to book last minute and they fit us in. The room was spacious. It had a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was so clean. Breakfast had a very wide variety of items. It was a very nice place to stay. No complaints.

Place is a joke used gift card and they charged me $600 saying i cant use gift card on weekends but they took it. Nice place but guy working front desk this morning a joke

I really Wish people could return or answer phone calls or emails, seems like professionalism could be a LOT BETTER. If you need s place to crash and rest it's fine otherwise move on.
