What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this establishment are mixed, highlighting both positive and negative experiences. Many praise it as a great place for kids, offering swimming and lessons, with affordable admission prices and helpful staff. The birthday party experience is particularly lauded for its convenience, comprehensive service (food, cake, decorations, coordinator), and reasonable cost, allowing kids to swim all day. However, several significant criticisms were raised. These include unsanitary and unsafe restroom conditions (lack of urinal dividers, broken stall leading to injury, no first aid, messiness) and a dirty pool with algae. Concerns were also expressed about staff, specifically young adults, for perceived disrespect and a lack of enforcement regarding height restrictions in children's areas, leading to safety concerns for toddlers. Additionally, the strict policy against outside food and beverages, forcing patrons to purchase overpriced concessions, was a common point of contention, making the overall experience less affordable for some families despite reasonable admission fees.

We love coming here for swimming and swimming lessons, but we were especially blown away with our birthday party experience. They really do everything and you just enjoy the party. They come out with hot food, then a custom cake and ice cream during the swim breaks. And they decorate your reserved space and keep you in the loop all along the way with your personal party coordinator. It was the best and easiest party we’ve ever done at a very reasonable price. Plus the busy kids get to swim all day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
i went to the Men's restroom and the restroom had zero dividers in between the urinals so i wen into the stall and when i'm done they i tried to open the stall and gave me a good gash and there was absolutely no bandaids so i swam with a gash on finger and it hurt horrible and. Then there is so much algae at the bottom of the it was so slimy then there was kids and they took up the bathroom and it was such a mess.
Have you ever been to a place and thought several times... I'd like my money back?!? The place is run by young adults that have no respect for their elders. The 42" and under section is not enforced by their lifeguards. Specifically Mia. We will not be back! The management is no help either. Don't bring your toddlers here. They are not safe!!!!
the prices are affordable, the staff is helpful. it's a great place to spend the day with the kids.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because it is a great place to take your kids for the day. You are basically forced to buy their concessions, which of course are overpriced. You're not allowed to bring in outside food or beverages. I'm sorry, but not everyone can afford to do so. Admission price is reasonable, but when you have a lot of children, buying concessions on top of it all just may not be in the budget
