Members card service person was amazing. Explained everything! The slots....not so much. I completely understand the randomness of slot payouts, but this place was ridiculous. 4 out of 5 bonuses that I eventually hit paid out less than my initial bet. The fifth bonus paid out twice my initial bet. That was it. Nice layout. Lots of slots to choose from. Not sure if playing Rap music on a Friday morning is the best selection of music. I should have left at that time.

Tried to remove half a star for reasons, but it wouldn't let me. Casino. So nice to be in a casino not filled with smoke. Most places have a tiny non-smoking section separated by failing magic. This place puts all the smoke in a container room. Not a wide variety of games, but enough slots and table games to loose all your money at. Staff was friendly. The concert venue outside was great. Nothing special, but no complaints. There is an awesome kid drop area with right security that let us leave our little ones to play for an hour or two. When we got back they were upset they had to leave! $15 an hour was worth it. The food is overpriced, of course, but generally good. The cheeseburgers in the bowling alley beat the other area, but we're a bit more expensive. The pool area is mostly great. Two bigger water slides, a basketball area, a lazy river, and a little area for kids. A swim up bar for grown ups as well. Only complaint was none of the hot tubs allowed kids in them. (We snuck in one anyhow though). The entire area has a beautiful terrace view as well. No complaints with the room. Perfectly fine. It's about 25 extra minutes to get here then our local casino, but we'll worth it!

Got checked in for a night stay they sent us to a double queen room that someone was already in called front desk no answer went back down got a different room was a given a king suite with rollaway bed which SUCKED !! Then the room we had had construction 🚧 right out the windows which started before 7 am. Not impressed with stay at all !! Casino and furniture Market show was great and so was steakhouse. Hotel side needs improvements and better organized.

Only did a 1 night stop over as an add on to our trip. The resort is nice and reminds me of casinos closer to me on the east coast. We stayed in the eagle tower which is the older or the 3 (buffalo is currently under renovation). My only complaint is the bathroom had limited hooks to hand towels near the shower. Rooms felt big. My husband played the slots he was not impressed because he felt they were barely paying out anything.

I was a little nervous about staying in the Eagle Tower after reading other reviews, but we had a great experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure. If there was one thing to change, it would be getting new TVs in those rooms, as they are very small and outdated. We enjoyed our night down in the casino and bingo hall using the new member card perks, and excited to come back. :)
