My son is learning to swim here, and Todd is the greatest coach! He’s kind, yet unwavering in his commitment to teach kids how to swim. I feel my son is very safe in the environment and I look forward to using the heated spa for my muscle pain!

This is not the place to take your young kids to swim. The “Tot Pool” is in no way a tot pool. Any kid of any age can get in there and swim. I’m in there with my 4 year old and 6 year old grandchildren. Four teenagers walk in and start playing basketball. Could care less that my granddaughter can’t swim. I said something to the kids and they ignored me. The lifeguard sat there with a stupid look on his face not doing anything. This city needs a real swim center not this cheap City run dump. If you’re going to advertise a tot pool then enforce the “Tot” part. Been swimming there for years, this will be the last time we go. Minden swim center actually enforces the rules. Wasting our tax dollars support this place is a joke.

This is Carson City's community pool and related facilities. It actually has for pools three inside and one outside. The main pool is very large and usually allows for 3 different sets of classes or activities at the same time. For example lap swimming and exercise class. there is a pool for Tots. There is a therapy pool. The outside pool includes to really cool slides. There is also a workout room with the robotic machinery and some strength training machinery. The prices are very reasonable, and of course discounts for purchasing multiple visit passes.
