The experienced was emotionally-charged, stress-provoking, and unpleasant. I was told to pick up the key the day prior to my party so I could decorate...no one was there, the office was closed. No courtesy call to let me know that no one will be there. I finally got the key at 9 a.m. on the day of the party which had caused an incredible amount of stress for my family because of the decorating and cooking that we had to do. The place was hand-over to us filthily: floor was dirty, countertop was uncleaned, and bags of trash were still in the trash bin. The food disposal was not working and there was a pool of water under the sink because of the constant leak. On the day of dropping off the key, they refused to give us our deposit claiming that the cleanliness was not up to their standards, even though we left the place pristine. The fact that Lifeguards have accessed to the place (we witnessed it) can do what they please at that point. The place was not securely controlled yet the office wanted us to be responsible for other people's activity. I left the office almost in tears and had my husband dealt with the situation. Needless to say, he came home that day with our deposit back (thank goodness) I would not recommend this place to anyone and hoping that no else would have to endure what we went through.

I attended a LINKS training at the Adobe Flat Clubhouse. I was shocked at how modern and clean the clubhouse was. I love the openness and the atmosphere it conveys. The couches are comfortable, and it's super nice that there is a small kitchen if you're interested in getting together with friends or making a snack poolside. I haven't been in the pool yet, but it looks clean and the lifeguards are super nice. So happy we live in this awesome neighborhood!
