If you’re shopping for jacuzzi maintenance look no further! I own a home in big Bear on Airbnb currently, started services initially with bear valley spa and they were terrible. Multiple complaints from clients about jacuzzi not looking/feeling clean led me to look elsewhere, and blue star has been a BLESSING! Zero complaints since, they send photos with each service and my jacuzzi has never looked so consistently amazing. Thank you BLUE STAR!!!

Great Service, Great Product, Quick Turnaround. Just got my jacuzzi installed, blue star also handled leveling the backyard that was on a slope and built beautiful retaining well. Amazing service, quick turnaround and great price.

Marco and his team has been great, responsive and met our expectations. We are part-time Big Bear residents for the last 8+ and finding someone reliable is a challenge. When we were searching for a company recently this year, we required proof of photos of each visit, along with the commitment to come out on expected days (2x's per month). Overall, we feel at ease that we have a team that is pretty diligent on providing the best quality of service in the area. Great vendors in the City of Big Bear Lake and surroundings are hard to come by. They are either the only company for what you need (appliance repair, plumbing, inspectors) so they price gouge, are too busy to call back, unprofessional, or don't do the job correctly but still bill you. Enter Marco and Blue Star Pool and Spa Services. Marco and his crew always responded and made us feel like VIP clients and our spa was a priority. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable, quite a change from most vendors in the BBL. Would recommend them 10x's over! Thanks for everything they do!
